WordPress Media Library

Your website has a built-in Media Library where all your images, PDFs, and files are stored. Uploading is simple and only takes a moment.

TIP: Before uploading, make sure your image is sized appropriately. Large images (over 2MB) can slow down your website. We recommend resizing images to under 1MB before uploading.

Uploading an Image or File

  1. Log in to your WordPress dashboard at yourwebsite.com/wp-admin.

  2. In the left menu, click Media, then Add New.

  3. Click Select Files and choose the image or file from your computer. You can also drag and drop files directly onto the page.
