Configure Titan Email on iPad or iPhone

NOTE: You'll need to complete a mandatory step before adding your Titan email account to your iPad or iPhone. If you do not complete this step, authentication will fail. See our article "Configure Titan Email on other Apps"

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone and tap Mail.

  2. Tap Accounts.

  3. Tap on Add Account.

  4. Tap on Other.

  5. Tap Add Mail Account.

Enter your account details:

  • Name: This will be visible as the sender. (Ex: John Smith)

  • Email: The address you want to add. (Ex. [email protected])

  • Password: The one provided when we set up your account, or the current password if you changed it.

  • Description: A name for the account on your device. (Anything you want). Nobody will see this but you.

  • Tap Next to continue.

Select IMAP:

  • Tap IMAP as the account type. Use the IMAP settings below.

Incoming server: imap.titan.email

Port: 993

Encryption method: SSL/TLS

Outgoing server: smtp.titan.email

Port: 465

Encryption method: SSL/TLS

Although you can set up Titan Email on the native Apple Mail app on iPad and iPhone, we recommend downloading the Titan Email app from the App Store to get all of the powerful email features that Titan offers. Please take a look at our Titan Email features article for more information.
