NOTE: You'll need to complete a mandatory step before adding your Titan email account to Outlook. If you do not complete this step, authentication will fail. See our article "Configure Titan Email on other Apps"

To configure your Titan Email on Outlook for macOS, follow these steps:
Open Outlook, and from the main menu, select Outlook > Settings > Account.
Click Add Account.
Enter your email address and click continue.
When the following screen appears, click on the IMAP (or POP) option depending on your preference. We suggest using IMAP.
Click the "Sync Directly with IMAP" option.
Enter the incoming and outgoing server details below in the corresponding fields and ensure "Use SSL to connect (recommended)" is pre-selected in the dropdown field.
Click Add Account.
The IMAP & SMTP password is the account password we sent to you when your account was created. If it asks for a username, enter your email address.
